* Due to enhanced airport security regulations, you can only pass through the transfer security checkpoint and proceed to the departure level if you present your boarding pass.
* If you did not receive your boarding pass for your Bangkok departure flight at your original departure point, you can present your mobile/internet boarding pass through mobile/internet check-in.
* If you are unable to receive your boarding pass from internet/mobile check-in, please contact the office through the information desk or transfer security checkpoint staff.
