After arrived at L2 floor, airport, passenger need to check-in at the transfer counter,
and clear the inspection and quarantine,immigration,customs,security then move to L3 floor.
Hinweise
If the baggage didn't connect to next destnation,passngers need to pick up their baggage and get the new boarding pass as well as re check-in the bags.
