- The name of the customer must match the name on the passport and electronic ticket.
- Asiana Airlines ticket numbers start with 988. Codeshare, travel agency-issued tickets, Star Alliance airline tickets, mileage tickets, etc., are not eligible.
- If the ticket purchase is canceled or the departure date is changed after the prize is sent or completed, the prize may be invalidated, and no objections will be accepted.
[Information about Incheon Transit Hotel (STPC) 1-Night Stay Coupon]
- This coupon is only available to passengers with round-trip tickets from Frankfurt/Prague ↔ Japan (via Incheon). "Transit" means that the next flight to the destination departs within 24 hours of arrival at Incheon International Airport.
- The 1-night stay is available only for the route from Japan → Incheon → Frankfurt/Prague.
- The entire itinerary must be operated by Asiana Airlines, and the ticket must be issued as one single ticket.
- If the STPC reservation is not confirmed by the day before use, the free stay and service will not be provided.
