For codeshare flights, lounge access follows the operating airline’s policy, not the ticketing airline. However, Asiana Club members with Diamond status or higher who travel on Air Busan/Air Seoul codeshare flights using tickets issued by Asiana Airlines are eligible to use Asiana Business Lounge services when departing from Korea. The member may be accompanied by one person boarding the same flight.
When boarding a codeshare flight, you will be eligible for lounge access based on your boarding class and your Asiana Elite Membership level (Star Gold or higher) only if your boarding airline is Asiana Airlines.
Children under the age of two are allowed as free guests for all eligible customers.
Lounge affilliate cards are valid only at Business Lounges operated by Asiana Airlines when departing on Asiana Airlines operated flights. Passengers using the Lounge Affiliate Card must confirm information on admission conditions and costs of lounge services with the card issuer in advance. All affiliate cards are non-transferable and must be issued by a credit card company or be a mobile card. It must be presented with a boarding pass on the day of departure (passengers may not enter with a captured image or by simply presenting the card number). Service fees charged to customers by credit card companies are not refundable from Asiana Airlines.
Passengers with valid boarding pass may have access to the lounges in the depature terminals only on the departure date.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the lounge, and smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited.
In accordance with the Food Sanitation Act Article 36 Facility Standards_Enforcement Rules (Appendix 14 Facility Standards by Business Type), animals are not allowed in our lounge at Incheon Airport, which is registered as a general restaurant. Please note that only service dogs for persons with disabilities are allowed in the lounge in accordance with Article 40 of the Act on Welfare of Persons with Disabilities. ※ Service Dogs in Accordance with Article 40 of the Korean “Welfare of Disabled Persons Act”: 1) Guide dogs for the visually impaired 2) Hearing dogs for the hearing impaired 3) Service dogs for persons with physical disabilities 4) Therapy assistance dogs officially registered with the Ministry of Health and Welfare of the Republic of Korea
All qualifications for entering lounges cannot be duplicated and lounge passes are non-transferable.
Guests accompanying passengers to the lounge must enter or re-enter together with the invitee. They must be accompanied by the same invitee when re-entering.
Lounge access may be restricted depending on the lounge's circumstances and conditions.
