City Description

Da Nang, the largest commercial city in central Vietnam

Hanoi is located in northern Vietnam, and Da Nang in the south. One of the 5 directly controlled municipalities in Vietnam with a population of over 1 million, Da Nang is the center of commerce and business in central Vietnam. It was a military supply base during the Vietnam War. Hoi An is close nearby, and is closely tied to KOrea as it is where KOrea’s Blue Dragon unit was based. It also feels very familiar, probably because of the river that has the same name as KOrea’s Han River. Unlike other cities, in Da Nang you can rest on the beach that stretches for 27 kilometers, and if you get bored, take an excursion to a nearby tourist attraction spot like Hue, Hoi An, the My Son ruins, Marble Mountains, Ba Na Hills, and Son Tra. The city is like an unripened fruit, full of endless potential.

Da Nang is a beautiful city with “no fives” - no beggars, thieves, drugs, prostitution, or illiteracy. Forget the old traveling ways and kick back with the locals and enjoy yourself to the fullest while taking in the beauty of the slow-paced life.
