Earn mileage via Homepage

You may request to earn missing mileage for regular flights operated by Asiana Airlines without
submitting additional documents.

Mail or Fax

Submit to Asiana Airlines regional office

  • You can easily earn mileage for regular flights on Asiana Airlines through our homepage.
  • Submit a boarding pass dated within one year from the boarding date (original) or a flight ticket/e-ticket itinerary (original or copy) to an Asiana Airlines regional offices, or send them by registered mail along with your membership number and contact information to Asiana Airlines Club Service Center.
  • For regional offices in Korea, requests are only accepted at the airport.
  • Mileage earned before joining the membership cannot be earned.

Request at a regional office or by mail

  • Mileage cannot be earned via homepage.
  • For earning missing mileage on non-partner airlines, operating airline or marketing airline must be Asiana Airlines.
  • For regional offices in Korea, requests are only accepted at the airport.

Earn Missing Mileage on General Affiliates

Asiana Club Mileage may not be earned for free/discounted fares or special promotional rates for hotel or rental cars.
For missing mileage, contact the affiliates directly.
