“Seat-to-Ground” calls will be charged at $7 per minute.
“Seat-to-Seat” calls are free.

Seat-to-Ground Call
  • 1) Select “Connectivity” from the main screen.
  • 2) Select “Seat to Ground Call”.
  • 3) Enter 00 + Country number + Area code (exclude “0” at the front) + Phone number.
  • 4) Select “Send”
  • 5) Swipe your credit card in the groove on the side of the handset.
  • 6) To use the phone, choose the “Continue” button. To cancel, select the “End” button.
  • * May be used on the A380 and B777 aircrafts.
Seat-to-Seat Call
  • 1) Select “Connectivity” from the main screen.
  • 2) Select “Seat to Seat”.
  • 3) Enter the seat number of passenger you wish to contact. (Ex: Row 40, Seat A is 40A)
  • 4) Press “Send” to contact. To end the call, select the “End” button.
  • 5) When you are receiving a call, a message will pop up on the screen. Press “Accept” button on your screen to connect then you can use handset for voice call
  • * Phone calls between seats can only be made if the person you wish to call has the “Receive phone calls between seats” option enabled.

A service that enables you to send and receive text messages or e-mail with people on land. After selecting your language on the screen, select the “Text Message/E-mail” option to view more details.

  • 2) Payment Method: Use an internationally recognized credit card such as a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
  • * Available in Korean and English.
  • * Only available on audio-video on demand systems on some aircrafts.
  • * Text messages cannot be sent or received from the United States or Canada due to the conditions of the cabin satellite service provider.

  • 1. Rates: Charged separately by the mobile phone carrier
  • 2. How to Use
    • You may use your mobile phone within the cabin. If you do not wish to use voice calls or text messaging, set your phone to airplane mode.
    • To use cabin roaming services, turn on your mobile phone and disable airplane mode.
    • Once you are automatically connected, you will receive a notification text. If you are not automatically connected, select Aeromobile from your mobile phone’s network settings.
    • Once you are connected, you will be able to use your mobile phone.
      • * Available on A350 aircraft.
      • * Restricted regions for air roaming: United States

  • 6) Press “Send” to contact. To end the call, select the “End” button.
  • * May be used on the A330, B777 aircrafts.
Seat-to-Seat Call
  • 1) Select “Connectivity” from the main screen.
  • 2) Select “Seat-to-Seat Call”.
  • 3) Enter the seat number of passenger you wish to contact. (Ex: Row 40, Seat A is 40A)
  • 4) Press “Send” to contact. To end the call, select the “End” button.
  • 5) To take a phone call, when the message window appears on the screen, select the “Make Call” button on the handset to take the call.
  • * Phone calls between seats can only be made if the person you wish to call has the “Receive phone calls between seats” option enabled.

How to Use the Telephone

The rate for “Phone calls from seat to land” is $8 per minute. “Phone calls between seats” are free.

Making phone calls using the handset
  • 1) Press the “Power” button to turn on the handset.
  • 2) Select “Make Call” and press the “OK” button.
  • 3) Swipe your credit card in the groove on the right side of the handset.
  • 4) Press in the following order: 00+country code+area code(excluding the 0 at the front)+phone number+[Call] button.
  • 5) Wait about 30 seconds for the call to connect.
  • 6) To end the call, press [End].
  • * For calls between seats, press “Power” and select Call Seat Press the seat number and then press the [Call] button.
