Use of the Global Airport Lounges of Star Alliance Airlines
  • Find the Star Alliance Gold logo at the gate of the lounge, and present the flight ticket, the boarding pass valid for the day, and Asiana Club Card (which is valid) with the Star Alliance Gold logo
  • Accessible with your companion (1 Person) boarding the same flight.
  • The lounge upgrade benefit for Asiana Club Diamond Plus Members is available at the Incheon International Airport. (Not available at overseas Star Alliance lounges).
Using a Connecting Partner Elite Member Benefits When travelling on an itinerary that includes a Star Alliance airline and a Connecting Partner, you may enjoy benefits offered by the Connecting Partner. However, the Star Alliance airline and Connecting Partner must be connected and included in the same reservation. Whether or not miles can be earned or redeemed may differ according to agreements with the specific Star Alliance member.
Notice
  • The lounge service is available only when the passenger boards flights of the Star Alliance partners. When boarding codeshare flights operated by non-Star Alliance partners, the lounge service may not be available.
  • Star Alliance lounge is only accessible for members and companions if boarding the same flight and companions must enter the lounge with the Star Alliance Gold member
  • The digital Asiana Club card is available via the Asiana Airlines mobile application.
  • When the Star Alliance Membership Status (Silver and Gold) changes, the service may not be available for about two to three weeks, when the Star Alliance Member's information is being updated.
