Tickets with certain fare classes (X, I, O, P) are not eligible for this event.
The prizes will be automatically cancelled, in case of cancellation or refund of the purchased flight ticket within the promotion period.

<Information on SKY-HUB Lounge voucher at Incheon International Airport>

Your name should match the e-ticket and passport.
Incomplete or duplicate entries may result in disqualification.
The voucher is only valid for a round-trip ticket originating from London to Beyond Korea with a transit at Incheon International Airport. ‘Transit’ is defined as boarding on a flight to the final destination within 24 hours upon arrival.
The voucher can be used only once, for either Outbound or Inbound. You should not register for both bounds.
The voucher expires on 31 December 2019, and has no cash value.
The voucher is digital. Once you enter the event and win the voucher, you will receive a confirmation email.
Per Incheon International Airport’s request and voucher policy, passport-related information including nationality and name will be required on the voucher registration page. Once the voucher is registered, a confirmation email (Domain: @airport.kr) will be sent to the email address provided on the voucher registration page.
You must present your passport and E-ticket to enter the lounge, and can stay up to 3 hours.
The voucher is per person, only for the entrant with full information. You can also purchase the voucher at the lounge gate if necessary.
