Eligibility: Customers who purchased an Economy Class ticket operated by Asiana Airlines from London to a third country via Incheon through the official Asiana Airlines UK website or mobile app.

Benefits: Complimentary access to one of our transit lounges
(Sky Hub Lounge or Matina Lounge), valid for up to 3 hours and available once per entire itinerary.
How to Enter: After purchasing an eligible ticket, please complete and submit the application form below. Eligible passengers will receive a lounge voucher and usage instructions by email.

Passenger personal details must match the information shown on the booking and passport.
Codeshare tickets, tickets involving other carriers, tickets discounted by 50% or more, mileage award tickets, and separately issued tickets are not eligible for this promotion.
This voucher is valid only for Economy Class ticket departing from London with a transit via Incheon (ICN). A “transit” is defined as a connection where the onward flight departs within 24 hrs of arrival at Incheon International airport.
The voucher may be used once only, either on the outbound or inbound journey in case of a round trip. Multiple registrations using different same vouchers for the same passenger are not permitted.
The voucher is valid until December 31st, 2026. and has no cash value.
The voucher is issued in digital format. Eligible passengers will receive the voucher code and registration instructions collectively.
In accordance with the Incheon International Airport regulations, passport information is required at the time of voucher registration. Once registered, a confirmation email will be sent automatically. Each voucher is valid for one person only.
To access the lounge, passenger must present their passport, boarding pass and e-ticket. Lounge access is limited to maximum of 3 hrs.
