Job Description

Airport Operations Ground Officer
(Fresh graduate and experienced workers are both welcome)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily flight operations on both landside and airside
• Coordinate with Korean headquarters to meet the company’s requests
• Closely monitor and ensure the performance and service qualities of service suppliers
• Identify safety concerns, issues, incidents, or hazards and report whenever necessary
• Provide support to flight audits or education related to flight operations occasionally
• Complete documentary follow-up tasks to maintain a favorable team working environment
• Support other team members and perform other duties as assigned

What You Should Possess:

• Degree Holder in a relevant discipline
• Team player, possesses good communication, interpersonal & and analytical skills
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese or Korean and English
• Experience in the aviation industry and strong knowledge of flight operations
• Proven leadership skills and positive demeanor to work effectively with ground-handling agencies
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills require knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Well-groomed and able to maintain a professional appearance
• Willing to work shift duties
• Easily adapt to Korean company culture and working environment
• Immediate availability is preferred
