Terms and Conditions of Asiana Airlines Flights Booking Offer:
- Asiana Airlines “10% savings on selected flights booking Offer” (” Offer”) is valid for bookings made from April 1, 2025 12:01am [GMT+8] to December 31, 2025 11:59pm [GMT+8] (“Booking Period”). Travel periods for flights is from April 1 to December 31, 2025, both dates inclusive (“Travel Period”).
- All payments must be settled in full with American Express® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") ("Eligible American Express Cards", such holders, "Eligible Cardmembers"), unless otherwise specified below, in order to enjoy the Discount. American Express Cardmembers settling with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card are not eligible to enjoy the Offer. Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.
- During the Booking Period, Eligible Cardmembers who book selected flights with Eligible American Express Cards via the designated Asiana Airlines website (https://flyasiana.com/C/HK/EN/index To be insert the website) or Asiana Airlines official APP are entitled to the Offer. The information displayed on the booking page is final.
- For payments made without Eligible Cards, Merchant will charge a fare difference and reissue fee, if applicable, at the departure airport check-in counter on the day of departure.
- The promo code can only be used on designated Asiana Airlines official Website (Hong Kong region). (https://flyasiana.com/C/HK/EN/index) or on the Asiana Airlines official APP.
- The Offer is appliable for a maximum of 9 travelers per booking.
- The Offer is only appliable to the flight ticket booking(s) issued in Hong Kong and originate from Hong Kong (HKG), one-way and round-trip Business/Economy Class only.
- The Offer is not appliable to flight from Hong Kong to destinations in Mainland China or Taiwan.
- The Offer cannot be used on open-jaw, stopover, multi-city, package, redemption ticket, codeshare flights and other channels.
- Ticket validity, rebooking and cancellation fee: differ according to cabin class and fare category.
- The Offer is not applicable to fuel surcharges, taxes, cancellation or change fees/penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges.
- Unless otherwise specified, Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotional offers or other offers. Flight tickets are not able to be transferred.
- Discount is applied on fare selection and will not be shown in the final receipt. It is the responsibility of the Eligible Cardmembers to select the right fares with discounts applied by looking out for the coupons indicating discounted fares.
- Peak period surcharges may apply. Please refer to the real-time displayed ticket prices for booking.

- Seats are limited and are subject to availability of the relevant booking class.

- Asiana Airlines is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Eligible Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
- American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- American Express and Asiana Airlines are not liable for and will not indemnify for the failure of using the promo code as it has expired; is invalid or cancelled; its quota has been used up; fails to be used; or fails to be used due to technical factors; and any other possible reasons.

- American Express and Asiana Airlines reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice, all matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of American Express and Asiana Airlines.
- In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
Terms and Conditions of Offer 1 & 2: Offer 1:
- This offer is limited to the first 50 Eligible Cards that are successfully purchased Economy Class tickets to destinations in the U.S., Europe, or Central Asia 14 days prior your departure date. Not including codeshare flights holders.
- Transit lounge service is only available at the Skyhub lounges and Matina lounges at Incheon Airport Terminal 1.
- Each visit can be entered for 2-3 hours, depends on the lounge's policies. If you wish to stay longer than that, please contact your lounge operator for more assistance.
- Passengers may choose to use your lounge voucher for either your outbound or your return journey.
Offer 2:
- This offer is limited to the first 30 Eligible Cards that successfully purchased Business Class tickets to destinations in the U.S., Europe, or Central Asia.
- This Wifi service is only available on Asiana Airlines’ A350-900 aircrafts. Operation aircraft might be changed without notice. For more details about your flights’ operation aircraft, please contact Asiana Airlines Hong Kong Reservation Hotline by 852-25238585. (Monday to Friday; 9am to 12noon, 1:30pm to 6pm).
- A Wi-Fi voucher will be given to applicable passengers, one (1) for each passenger except infant ticket holders, at the Asiana Airlines Check-in counter at Hong Kong International Airport.
- To connect to our Wifi Service, please view the opposite side of your voucher, or ask any of our cabin crew during your flight.
- Your Wifi connections begins when you input the access code and you will be disconnected in 24 hoours whether or not you actually use the Wifi.
- When passing through some regions, wifi services may vary, or be disconnected.
