Conditions of Contract

  1. Carriage of passenger and baggage hereunder is subject to Asiana Airlines's General Conditions of Carriage for Domestic Passenger and Baggage.
  2. Ticket shall be non-transferable.
  3. The cancellation notice must be done 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the flight. If a passenger has failed to use his confirmed space without cancellation notice, cancellation penalty may be applied.
  4. Asiana Airlines reserves the right to refuse to carry a passenger who fails to complete the check-in precedures at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the flight, without any liability except to refund the ticket.
  5. Refund charge may be applied to the unused ticket.
  6. Any claim with respect to baggage must be submitted in writing to Asiana Airlines within 7 days from the date such passenger receives the baggage in case of any damage thereto, or within 21 days from the date on which the baggage should have been delivered to the passenger in case of delay or loss thereof.
  7. Asiana Airlines's liability for damage to or loss of baggage is limited to proven damage up to US$ 20 per kilogram for checked baggage and US$ 400 per passenger for unchecked baggage unless a higher value has been declared and additional charge has been paid in advance.
  8. In accordance with baggage regulations, Asiana Airlines reserves the right to refuse transport for selected baggage
