Chauffeur Service

  • For Business Suite Class passengers, Asiana Airlines provides a dedicated chauffeur service to escort you from Incheon International Airport to your final destination.

    Eligibility

    Available for passengers traveling on a round trip to the U.S. and Europe.

    Available with the purchase of a paid adult Business Suite Class ticket.

    * Exclusions

    • Tickets with fare class U/ P/ I/ R (Not available if any of the fare classes in the itinerary is ineligible), mileage tickets, discounted tickets more than 50%, non-scheduled flight tickets
    • Tickets without Asiana Airlines on both segments caused by endorsement between airlines
    User Guide

    You can request the service from the time of booking up to 48 hours before the departure date.

    Provided for arrivals at Incheon, and available in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi Province.
    (no requests allowed on the day of travel.)
