How to Use the Flight Ticket Telephone Reservation Service
  • Reserve via telephone (Reservation Center +82-2-2669-8000), let us know your credit card number, and request to have the ticket issued.
  • For domestic flights, please check in advance for available individual discounts (including disability discounts and person of national merit discounts). Check domestic fares.
  • Individual discounts (including disability discount and person of national merit discount) are only applicable for departing from Korea and please check in advance T&Cs before purchasing.
  • Have a form of identification ready on the day of departure and receive your flight ticket (boarding pass) at the airport counter.
    (If you are eligible for a discount, you must have proper documentation ready.)
Refund for Telephone Reservations
  • If you cancel your reservation via telephone before departure, the refund amount will be wired to the credit card company with which you made the payment. Refunds may vary depending on credit card company regulations. Please make inquiries to your credit card company for details. For international flights, if you have already received the flight ticket and the boarding pass, please take the flight ticket and the boarding pass to the Asiana Airlines counter, or a branch office, and request a refund.
  • Refunds will not be issued if the reservation is not cancelled or a refund request is not made. Please make sure to let us know of your intent to cancel and get a refund.
Priority Seat Allocation Service for Telephone Reservations
  • When reserving via telephone (including branch walk-in reservation/issuance), you can request priority seat allocation.
    • Domestic flights: from 30 days to 24 hours before flight departure
    • International flights: from 361 days to 48 hours before flight departure
  • If you do not complete check-in on the day of departure, your reserved seat may be cancelled.
    • 30 minutes prior to departure for domestic flights
    • 70 minutes prior to departure for international flights

How to Use the Automated Reservation Service for Domestic Flights
  • The automated reservation service is only available for Asiana Club members who are reserving domestic flights.
How to Use the Automated Reservation Service

Step 01 Call Asiana Airlines Reservation Center at +82-2-2669-8000.
  1. Press 1 for Domestic Flights
  2. Press 1 for ARS Automated Reservations
Step 02
  1. Press 1 for One-way / Press 2 for Roundtrip
  2. Select Origin.
  3. Select Destination.
  4. Enter the departure date using 4 digits. Ex) for July 15, enter 0715
  5. Enter your desired time using 2 digits. Ex) for 1:00 PM, enter 13
  6. Enter your desired flight. We inform you of up to five flights and the number of available seats.
  7. Select number of seats. You can reserve up to nine seats. For roundtrip flights, the same number of seats will apply to both flights.
Step 03
  1. Enter Asiana Club membership number and press [*].
  2. Enter mobile number + [*]. Make sure it is a mobile number that can be reached.
  3. Check reservation details.
    1. 1: Booking completed
    2. 2: Cancel
    3. 9: Hear the options again
  4. Connect to employee and proceed to credit card payment.
    1. 0: Connect to employee
    2. 1: Request to receive itinerary via SMS
    3. #: Go to previous step
