Asiana Airlines provides helpful information and services to make traveling with infants or children more comfortable and convenient. Please review the following information when traveling with an infant who is at least 7 days old and under 2 years of age.
※ The accompanying adult must travel in the same cabin class as the infant or child.
Infant Fares
Infant Age Standard: 7 days to under 2 years old
Free for domestic flights and 10% of adult fares for international flights.
Infants will not be given a separate seat. (However, a seat will be provided when child fares are paid.)
Passengers traveling with two infants must purchase a child ticket for one of the infants, and a seat will be provided for the infant with the paid fare.
Traveling with a Newborn Infant Under 7 Days Old
Even healthy newborn infants may have difficulty adjusting to the cabin environment because their ability to regulate body temperature and their respiratory function are not yet fully developed. Air travel is not recommended for infants under 7 days old. If travel is unavoidable, prior medical clearance from Asiana Airlines is required.

※ This baggage allowance does not apply to itineraries involving connecting flights operated by other airlines or to codeshare flights.
