We sincerely thank you for your continued loyalty to Asiana Airlines.

With Scandinavian Airlines (SK) exiting Star Alliance,
the partnership between Asiana Airlines and Scandinavian Airlines (SK) will end on September 1, 2024.
The following terms apply to mileage accrual, usage, and member benefits in connection with the termination of the partnership.

Accrual available for flights before August 31, 2024,

if the request is submitted by November 30, 2024.

(Star Alliance Reward Tickets/Seat Upgrades)

 Valid until August 31, 2024 (issue date/redemption date)
Star Silver/Gold Benefits Valid until August 31, 2024.
  • Please note that processing time for missing mileage requests from Scandinavian Airlines (SK) may take some time.
    We recommend submitting your request in advance or entering your membership number prior to or during your flight.

    From December 1, 2024, all mileage accruals for flights on Scandinavian Airlines will cease.
    Please ensure your accrual requests are submitted within the application period.

  • For tickets issued with mileage/seat upgrades by August 31, 2024, travel within the validity period is allowed,
    but itinerary changes on Scandinavian Airlines flights will not be possible after September 1, 2024.
    However, unused tickets can be refunded within the validity period.
