[Offer 1 - General for room booking]

• The below listed package (“Package”) is for two (2) guests and subject to availability:
  • Summer package for Asiana Airlines guests
  • Package Promotion Period: July 11, 2025 – September 29, 2025
  • Stay Period: July 11, 2025 – September 29, 2025
• All reservations require guarantee by deposit or credit card for the booking dates. The guarantee of the price of entire stay, tax, and service charge will be imposed 48 hours prior to arrival. For any amendment or cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival and/or no-show, a charge equivalent to the total Package price plus service charge and government tax for one night, will be imposed as late cancellation charge from credit card on file. All rates are in MOP and subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
• Any extension of stay after initial booking is confirmed will be subject to availability and will be at hotel’s flexible rate.
• At least one (1) occupant of the room must be 18 years old or above.
• All guests must be registered upon check-in and present a valid identification card, passport, travel document or other document accepted for migration control purposes, along with a valid stay visa or evidence of being legally allowed to stay in Macao throughout the entire stay in the hotel (such as Slip of Authorization to Stay).
• All Package inclusions are on a per room per stay basis.
• Unused Package benefits cannot be reimbursed or redeemed for cash or credit either in full or in part.
• Additional guest charge is MOP 350 + 10% service charge and 5% government tax per night for any additional guest aged 13 years old or above at the Londoner Grand.
• The capacity of each suite is limited to a maximum of 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child.
• All reservations made through the Londoner Grand official website will not be eligible for any hotel membership point and stay accumulation.
• The offer under this Package cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount offers, gift vouchers, cash coupons, associate benefits, credits and points (including Rewards Dollars).
• By purchasing the Package, guests confirm their agreement with the privacy policy as stated on http://en.sandsresortsmacao.com/policy.
• Guest agrees to release, discharge and hold the Company and its affiliates harmless from any and all claims including, without limitation, claims for slander, libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy, publicity, personality, and/or civil rights, depiction in a false light, intentional or negligent infliction of emotional distress, copyright infringement, and/or any other tort and/or damages arising from or in any way relating to the purchase or use of the Package, the use of the personal information, and/or the use of the guest’s name, and/or likeness in connection with the Package, or the promotion thereof in all media now known or hereafter devised.
• Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• In case of dispute, the decision of Company shall be final.
• The English version shall prevail when there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions.

[Offer 1 - Spa credit]

• This offer is valid in following participating spas:
  • V SPA, The Venetian Macao
  • Le SPA’tique, The Parisian Macao
  • Spa at Londoner Grand, Londoner Grand
• This offer is valid until September 29, 2025 and can only be enjoyed during the period of stay. Unused spa credit will be forfeited.
• This offer must only be enjoyed by package and non-transferable.
• Advance booking is required and subject to availability and use of spa credit must be mentioned upon reservation.
• Spa credit can only be used once per stay/day and only applies to a la carte SPA treatments services priced MOP 1,000 or above.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion, discount offers, gift vouchers, cash coupons, associate benefits, credits and points (including Rewards Dollars).
• All cancellations and amendments must be made six (6) hours before arrival.
• 5% government tax is applied based on a la carte price.
• Spa credit cannot be resold and is neither exchangeable, refundable, nor convertible to cash.
• Venetian Cotai Limited and Venetian Orient Limited reserve the right to revise or change these Terms and Conditions or cancel this offer at any time without notice.
• In case of any dispute, Venetian Cotai Limited and Venetian Orient Limited reserve the right to final decision.
• The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.

[Offer 2 – Cotai Ferry Magic Boarding Pass Program]

• Ticket is applicable to the route Hong Kong Macao Ferry Terminal (Sheung Wan) to/from Macao Taipa Ferry Terminal only.
• Ticket sailing day must be within seven (7) days from the date of arrival at Hong Kong SAR as printed on the Asiana Airline boarding pass presented by Passengers.
• Passengers must present their valid travel documents and Boarding Passes for verification upon purchase of tickets. Each Passenger can only purchase one (1) one-way or one (1) set of round-trip discounted tickets in each transaction. Each Boarding Pass can only be used for purchasing discounted ferry tickets once and will be stamped to avoid repeated use after purchase.
• All sailings must be completed on or before December 31, 2025.
• This Offer is only applicable to physical ferry tickets purchased at the Cotai Water Jet designated ticket counter, and not applicable to e-tickets or e-vouchers.
• This Offer is subject to seat availability and limited quota on a first come first served basis.
• This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion, discount offers, gift vouchers, cash coupons, associate benefits, credits and points (including Rewards Dollars).
• No change, cancellation or refund is available once ticket is issued. Ticket must not be transferred or resold.
• The discounted tickets cannot be upgraded to VIP cabin.
• All Tickets which are altered, damaged or expired will be void.
• Cotai Ferry Company Limited (“Company”) will not be responsible for any lost or stolen ticket, and no reissuance of ticket will be entertained.
