All Passengers Except Korean Passport Holders Must Present a PCR-negative Certificate Upon Check-in

In compliance with the advisory of the Korean Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters (CDSCHQ) to further prevent the increase of infected patients in the country, please be advised that effective July 20, 2020, all passengers departing from the Philippines except Korean passport holders transiting, transferring airports, and traveling to South Korea will be required to present a PCR-negative certificate upon check-in. The certificate must be issued within 48 hours prior to the departure, and must indicate that the holder of the certificate tested negative for COVID-19 on a Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR)/Swab Test. Should a passenger fail to provide the required document, s/he will be denied boarding.


PCR-negative certificate must be issued only by the accredited medical institutions designated by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Philippines. Kindly see attached file and link below for complete details.
