We are pleased to inform you that our Makati ticketing office is now open to serve walk-in passengers.

Office Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Office Address: 6F The Salcedo Towers, H.V. Dela Costa St., Salcedo Village, Makati City.

To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly request that you take note of the following:

• In order to manage passenger flow at our service counter, we are limiting transactions to 2 passengers at a time. (We only allow 1 companion per passenger).
• Please be aware that parking facilities are not available in the building. We recommend checking nearby parking options in the vicinity before your visit.
• For security purposes, please remember to bring a valid ID.
• We continue to strongly advise our passengers to wear a face mask for safety.
• Don't forget to bring your passport and a copy of your ticket for any rebooking transactions.
• Please observe proper dress code. Wearing of sando, shorts, and any type of slippers is strictly prohibited.
