ASIANA Airlines’ PHILIPPINES handles the reservations and ticketing as well as the cargo reservations and operations of Asiana Airlines for its routes from Manila, Cebu and Clack since May 25th, 1994. Korean and local staff worked together as a big family.

The Asiana Airlines Manila Office has ticketing and reservation staffs working full time just to bring best service experience for all passengers!

  • About the winner announcement
    • 1. Promotion is valid for Asiana Airlines operated flights purchase/departing from Philippines (Manila only).
    • 2. Employees, immediate family member of employees, employees of any company associated with the promotion are ineligible to enter.
    • 3. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
    • 4. Incomplete and incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid, for example no or invalid e-ticket number, wrong email address, etc.
    • 5. The winners will be selected randomly and have their details published on Asiana Airlines’ PC/m.Web/APP winner announcement menu on Jul. 10th, 2019.
    • 6. Winners will be notified by Asiana Airlines' representative via SMS and email (through their registered ticket) within seven (7) days after the announcement. Claiming of prizes shall be within thirty (30) days upon notification. In the event that the winner is not reachable in all attempt, prizes will be invalid.
    • 7. All prizes are not convertible to cash and cannot be exchanged.
    • 8. Asiana Airlines reserves the right to cancel and amend the Terms and Conditions of the event without prior notice.
    • 9. In any case of any disputes regarding this promotion Asiana Airlines’ decision shall be absolute and final.
