Full Promo Mechanics
a) By registering for the raffle event, the Passenger

i. agrees to receive SMS/text messages or e-mails in relation to the Promo
ii. acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, and agrees, to the Promo’s Terms and Conditions; and
iii. authorizes Asiana Airlines in case he/she wins, to disclose and publish his/her name and other particulars, as a winner, to any person/s and in any mode or manner as Asiana Airlines may deem appropriate, including announcing the winners on the Asiana Airlines Facebook page or via other channels.
iv. agrees that Cancellation of Asiana Airline ticket purchases prior to the raffle draw results in the cancellation of the equivalent raffle entry
v. Must be a Asiana Club member residing in the Philippines and 18 years of age or older at the time of the raffle draw.

b) The Raffle prizes are subject to the following conditions

1. Prizes are limited to the Samsung Gadgets and Sodexo Gift Certificates only and shall be claimed at Asiana Airlines Makati Office. Office Address: 6th Floor, The Salcedo Towers, H.V Dela Costa St., Salcedo Village Makati City. Shipping of prize is not allowed.

2. All prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
3. Prizes not claimed after (7) days from receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of Asiana Airline.
4. To claim the prizes, winners must present the notice sent by Asiana Airlines through SMS or email and passport or a ny two (2) valid Government-issued identification card with photo and signature.

c) Winners agree to the disclosure and publication of their names and other particulars as Asiana Airlines may deem ap propriate and to participate in any photo, publicity or other media arrangements made by Asiana Airlines to announce the winners to the general public.

d) Officers and employees of Asiana Airlines and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity,
or of its advertising and PR agencies, and of its third party and service providers with direct involvement in the generation of winners,
are not eligible to participate in the Promo.

e) Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action on the participation in the promo may result in the disqualification of the
customer from the promo according to Asiana Airlines’ discretion.

f) In case of dispute regarding eligibility, coverage of dates, etc., Asiana Airlines’ decision will prevail.

g) All questions or disputes regarding the passenger’s eligibility for the Promo or for any request will be resolved by Asiana Airlines.

h) Execution and fulfillment of the raffle is the sole responsibility of Asiana Airlines and is authorized to give information on the winners including announcing the winners on its Facebook page or via other channels

i) The general terms and conditions of Asiana Airlines apply.
