containing email and Singapore mobile number. - Please request free hotel accommodation at least 7 days
prior to the departure time, after the ticket is issued. - Eligible passengers for the STPC service will receive
a confirmation email. - Passengers ineligible for the STPC service will receive
a rejection email. - The hotel is located outside of the airport. Please check
the entry requirements for Korea. The airline is not responsible
for passengers' personal visa issues - Support will be provided if same-day connections are not
possible due to flight schedules.

Terms & Conditions
- If the STPC reservation is not confirmed at least one day prior to use, complimentary service and usage will not be available.
- Entry into Korea is mandatory for hotel accommodation, and passengers requiring a valid visa for entry must ensure this is confirmed in advance
- Hotel check-in is available after 1:00 PM.
- In accordance with Korea's Youth Protection Act, individuals under the age of 19 are not permitted to stay in a hotel alone in Korea.
- For schedule changes or cancellations requiring adjustments to the STPC service, please ensure to contact Asiana Airlines' SIN office at sinevent@flyasiana.com for modification or cancellation requests. Failure to make such requests may result in the inability to utilize the STPC service free of charge.
- STPC service applications are only accepted via email. Phone inquiries or applications will not be accommodated.
