Terms and Conditions

• Your name should match the name on the e-ticket.
• Asiana Airlines ticket number must begin with 988. Code-share/Star Alliance tickets, mileage tickets and tickets with 50% or more discounts are not eligible for this event.

[Information on Incheon International Airport SKY HUB-Lounge and Matina Lounge Voucher]

• The voucher is only valid for a round-trip ticket from Istanbul to Japan via Incheon International Airport. ‘Transit’ is defined as boarding on a flight to the final destination within 24 hours upon arrival to Incheon.
• Customers who purchase round-trip economy class tickets on Asiana Turkiye Homepage or Mobile Web/App are eligible to apply.
• The voucher can be used only once, for either Outbound or Inbound. The voucher cannot be registered for both bounds.
• The voucher expires on 31 December 2025 and has no cash value.
• The voucher is digital. Instructions on how to register the voucher will be provided once a week, along with the voucher serial number to the winners via email.
• Based on the Incheon International Airport’s request and voucher policy, passport-related information including nationality and name will be required on the voucher registration page. Once the voucher is registered, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided on the voucher registration page.
• You must present your passport and E-ticket to enter the lounge, and can stay up to 3 hours.

• Purpose of using personal information: Event entry only We collect the minimum required personal information necessary for event entry after receiving consent, and process this information in accordance with domestic and international laws related to the protection of personal information.

• Safety Device: We comply with the technical, administrative, and organizational protection measures that are required by laws related to the encryption of important information.
• Applicable period of personal information usage: Until the end of event
• Members’ Rights: All members have the right to access, edit, delete, restrict processing, transfer, and file a complaint to the supervisory authorities regarding their personal information.
• The information we need to collect for service provision are name, phone number, e-mail address, and ticket number. Should you fail to provide this information, you will not be able to enter the event.
• Members are not subject to automated decision-making.
• According to EU GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), EU citizens or residents’ confirmation on using personal information is required.
