1. Ticketing and Eligible Travel Dates for Partner Airline Mileage Tickets

Please review the ticketing and travel schedules for each partner airline below, as requested by the respective carriers.

[Important Notes]

• Applicable only to Air Busan codeshare flights.
• Even for booked and issued mileage tickets, cancellations may occur depending on the operating airline’s policies. Please verify flight status and travel eligibility directly with the operating airline prior to departure.
• Tickets that cannot be used due to partnership termination are eligible for a full refund and mileage redeposit with no refund fees. Please note that certain taxes may be non-refundable in accordance with International Air Transport Association (IATA) regulations.
• Reservations and ticketing for Etihad Airways (EY) flights departing on or after Dec 17, 2026, will open on Oct 15, 2026. (Please check detailed schedules directly with the airline.)
• On or after December 17, 2026, new ticket issuances and itinerary changes will no longer be permitted. Only refunds within the ticket's validity period are allowed. Any miles expired at the time of refund cannot be restored and will automatically forfeit.

2. End of Partner Airline Mileage Accruals

Please see below for the deadline to claim mileage accruals for Asiana Airlines and partner airline flights.

• Accrual Period : By Dec 16, 2026, 6:00 PM (KST) - Retroactive claims will not be accepted after the deadline
• Eligible Airlines

• Qatar Airways(QR): Accrual eligible only for Incheon–Doha routes.
• Air Astana(KC): Accrual eligible only for Incheon–Almaty and Incheon–Astana routes.

3. Changes to Eligible Travel Dates for Star Alliance Mileage Tickets and Upgrades

At the request of partner airlines, ticketing and travel dates for select Star Alliance carriers have been revised as follows.

• Copa Airlines (CM) : Through Oct 31, 2026 → Through Dec 16, 2026
• All Nippon Airways (NH) : Through Nov 30, 2026 → Through Dec 16, 2026
• LOT Polish Airlines (LO) : Through Nov 30, 2026 → Through Nov 5, 2026 (Boarding guaranteed for tickets booked and issued on or before September 30)

• Star Alliance award tickets must be booked and ticketed at least 3 days before your first departure.
• Even for already booked and issued Star Alliance mileage tickets, cancellations may occur depending on the operating airline’s policies. Please confirm flight operation status and travel eligibility directly with the operating airline before boarding.
• Tickets that cannot be used due to the partnership termination are eligible for a full refund and mileage re-credit with no refund fees.
• Reservations and ticketing for A3, AV, OU, and TK flights departing on or after December 17, 2026, will be available starting on October 15, 2026. Bookings are available for flights within a maximum of 355 to 360 days from the inquiry (ticketing) date (Please check detailed schedules directly with the respective airlines.)
• On or after December 17, 2026, new ticket issuances and itinerary changes will no longer be permitted. Only refunds within the ticket's validity period are allowed. Any miles expired at the time of refund cannot be restored and will automatically forfeit.

4. End of Mileage Earning with Star Alliance

Please review the deadlines for mileage accrual claims for Asiana Airlines and Star Alliance partner flights.
If you have missing miles, please check the retroactive mileage accumulation periods and methods by flight date below and complete your retroactive claim before the deadline.

• Eligible Flights : Flights Flown On or Before October 15, 2026
• Claim Deadline : October 31, 2026, 11:00 PM (KST) - No claims accepted after the deadline

• Eligible Flights : Flights Flown Between October 16, 2026 and December 16, 2026
• Claim Period : Nov 2, 2026, 9:00 AM ~ Dec 16, 2026, 6:00 PM (KST) - No claims accepted after the deadline
