Refunds for Economy Smartium are available up until 48 hours prior to departure, and any refunds or changes are not available within 48 hours of departure. * The refund is only available when the reserved seat is not available due to circumstances.
For flights to and from the U.S., refunds are available without exception in the event of a major change, such as a cancellation or a delay of 6 hours or more. (In compliance with U.S. DOT consumer policy)
Economy Smartium seats must be refunded at the place of purchase—reservation center, Asiana Airlines regional offices, airport ticketing counter, homepage, mobile app, or travel agencies—up to 48 hours prior to departure.
Passengers accompanying infant passengers may be seated next to your purchased seats.
The extra space of seats in Row 10 at the front may be used as a pathway for other passengers.
To use the Baby Bassinet service, you must purchase a seat and request “baby bassinet installation” through the Reservation Center at least 48 hours before departure.
Passengers traveling with pets (in the cabin) cannot be seated in the first 10 rows.
For Incheon departure flights only, Economy Smartium passengers on long-haul flights (to U.S., Europe, Oceania) have access to the Business Class lounge at Incheon International Airport.
Purchase of paid seats may be restricted if there is a discrepancy in payment currency due to itinerary changes, reissue of airline tickets, or changes in the country where it’s processed.
