Duo Seats can be reserved individually.
They may be assigned free of charge at check-in (available from 48 hours before departure), subject to availability. However, as the number of Duo Seats is limited, we recommend purchasing and reserving your seat in advance to secure availability.

The seats may be allocated free of charge upon check-in (48 hours before departure) depending on availability.
However, purchase and book seats in advance as the number of seats may be limited.
Group bookings (fare class G) are available via reservation center, regional offices, travel agencies, or at the airport (not available from homepage or mobile app).
Passengers with tickets issued by another airline are not eligible to purchase the seats in advance.

Passengers on codeshare flights, with Cabin Baggage (CBBG) or Extra Seat (EXST) are not eligible to use Front Zone seats.
A passenger accompanying an infant may be seated next to you.
Duo Seats have the same space as standard seats.
Purchase of paid seats may be restricted if there is a discrepancy in payment currency due to itinerary changes, reissue of airline tickets, or changes in the country where it’s processed.

The Duo seat you purchased is available for refund from the point of purchase up until no later than 48 hours before departure.
No changes or refunds are available within 48 hours of departure.
Refunds are only available when the service is not offered due to airline circumstances such as flight cancellation or delay.
For flights to and from the U.S., refunds are available without exception in the event of a major change, such as a cancellation or a delay of 6 hours or more. (In compliance with U.S. DOT consumer policy)
