Additional Information
Passengers on codeshare flights, with Cabin Baggage (CBBG) or Extra Seat (EXST) are not eligible to use Front Zone seats.
Passengers traveling with pets (carry-on pets) cannot be seated in the first 10 rows.
Passengers accompanying infants may be seated next to you and the extra space in front may be used as a pathway by other passengers.
Front Zone seats have the same space as standard seats. However, the first 10 rows on domestic flights have more spacious leg room than standard seats.
Purchase of paid seats may be restricted if there is a discrepancy in payment currency due to itinerary changes, reissue of airline tickets, or changes in the country where it’s processed.
Refund Rules
The Front Zone seat you purchased is available for refund from the point of purchase up until no later than 48 hours before departure (24 hours for domestic flights).
No changes or refunds are available within 48 hours of departure (24 hours for domestic flights). Refunds are only available when the service is not offered due to airline circumstances such as flight cancellation or delay.
Even if it is more than 48 hours before departure, Paid Seats will not be automatically refunded in the event of a ticket cancellation or itinerary change. Refunds for Paid Seats must be requested separately from the flight ticket at least 48 hours before departure. To request a refund, please contact the original point of purchase.
For flights to and from the U.S., refunds are available without exception in the event of a major change, such as a cancellation or a delay of 6 hours or more. (In compliance with U.S. DOT consumer policy)
