Purchase Eligibility
- Customers who have purchased a Business Class flight ticket on the Asiana Airlines B747 aircraft
- Restrictions: Customers traveling on codeshare flights, who use cabin baggage (CBBG), use an extra seat (EXST)
- For group reservations, passengers are able to purchase from the reservation center, regional offices, travel agencies, and airports. (Unavailable from website and mobile web/app.)
- Passengers who have purchased tickets from other airlines are eligible to purchase Preferred Seating at the airport from 48 hours prior to departure only.

Notes
- Business Class cabin services will be provided for Royal Business seats.
- Miles will be accrued based on the Business Class flight ticket that was originally purchased.
- Refunds will be given for preferred seating up to 48 hours before departure. Changes and refunds are not possible within 48 hours of departure. However, refunds will be issued if the seat cannot be provided due to airline circumstances.
- A refund may be requested for preferred seating that was purchased at the reservation center, local branch, airport ticketing counter, website, mobile app, or travel agency at the corresponding ticketing office up to 48 hours before departure.
- Passengers who have purchased a seat that can be fitted with a baby bassinet and who wish to make a reservation for the service should contact the Asiana reservation center at least 72 hours prior to departure.
