Asiana Airlines provides careful service to pregnant passengers
to ensure a safe and pleasant flight. We hope you and your child will have a comfortable trip.
Traveling while pregnant
If you have pregnancy related complications or are at risk of a miscarriage or premature delivery, you must receive approval for air travel from Asiana Airlines in advance for your safety and for safe fleet operations regardless of your pregnancy term.
Experts recommend avoiding air travel before the first 3 months of pregnancy and after 36 weeks.
When traveling to Saipan, women who are at least 6 months pregnant must prepare a doctor's note (English) that clearly states their pregnancy term and ability to travel by air. The Saipan Immigration Office recommends that women who are 8+ months pregnant avoid air travel.
