Dear passengers,
Entry restrictions due to the spread of the COVID-19 are updated per country as follows.
Please check the official website of the transfer or final destination's government/embassy for further details.

Entry Restrictions due to Novel Coronavirus (Updates by Country/Region)
Country/Region Restrictions Exceptions
South Korea
  • Passengers who are holding a passport that has been issued by Hubei Province or any foreigners who have transferred/stayed/visited the Hubei Province within the past 14 days are banned from entering the Republic of Korea. (As of 4th Feb, 2020)

※ Precautions for entry to Korea
  • Increased inspection on domestic Korean phone numbers for passengers arriving from China (Hong Kong, Macao included)
    (You may be restricted from entering the country if you do not have a personal Korean phone number or Korea arrival phone number)
  • Passengers arriving from China(Hong Kong, Macao included) must download the “Self Diagnosis Mobile App” and record their daily health status on the app for 14 days after arrival in Korea. (As of 12nd Feb, 2020)

  • If you have a fever / respiratory symptom when entering the country where COVID-19 originates, please fill out a health status document in flight and report it to the quarantine officer when entering the country. (Country of origin - http://ncov.mohw.go.kr/index_main.jsp)

※ Additional regulations of Ministry of Justice
  • Chinese passport holders or foreigners who need a visa to enter Korea are not allowed to transit in Korea without a Visa if their departure country is China. (As of 27th Feb, 2020)
  • All passengers and crew members who disembarked from Yokohama cruise ship (Diamond Princess) will not be allowed to enter to Korea (As of 19th Feb, 2020)
United States
  • All passengers who visited or transferred through China within the past 14 days from the arrival date are not permitted to enter the United States.(Excluding Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan)
  • US citizens and green card holders can enter through
    the following airports: LAX, SFO, JFK, EWR, SEA, HNL, ORD, ATL, IAD, DFW, DTW
Australia
  • All passengers departing or transiting from China within the past 14 days from the arrival date are not permitted to enter or transfer in Australia.
  • Australian citizens and permanent residents. (Including immediate family members)
Singapore
  • All passengers who visited China within the past 14 days from the arrival date are not permitted to enter or transit through Singapore.
  • All passengers who visited Daegu/Cheongdo, South Korea within the past 14 days from the arrival date are not permitted to enter or transit through Singapore.
  • Singapore citizens/ Permanent residents/ Long term resident card holders
Vietnam
  • All passengers who visited China within the past 14 days from the arrival date are not permitted to enter Vietnam.
  • All passengers who visited Dae-gu/Gyeongbuk, South Korea within the past 14 days based from the arrival date are not permitted to enter Vietnam (As of 26th Feb, 2020)
  • Vietnam citizens
Philippines
  • All passengers who visited China, Hong Kong, Macao within the past 14 days from the arrival date are not permitted to enter the Philippines.
  • All passengers who visited Daegu/Gyeongbuk, South Korea and all residents from Daegu/Gyeongbuk, South Korea are not permitted to enter the Philippines (As of 27th Feb, 2020)
  • Philippine citizens/ Long term resident card holders
Japan
  • All passengers who visited the Hubei/Zhejiang province within 14days from the arrival date or hold passports issued in Hubei/Zhejiang Province are not permitted to enter or transit through Japan.
  • All passengers who visited Daegu/Cheongdo, South Korea within the past 14 days from the arrival date are not permitted to enter through Japan. (As of 27th Feb, 2020)
Hong Kong
  • All passengers who visited/resided in Hubei province within 14 days from the arrival date or hold passports issued in Hubei province are not permitted to enter Hong Kong.
    ※ As of 8th Feb, 2020, 00:00 (Hong Kong time) all passengers travelling from China to Hong Kong within 14 days from the arrival date will be held in quarantine for 14 days.
  • All passengers who are departing from or transferred through South Korea within the past 14 days are not permitted to enter (Including transfer, As of 25th Feb, 2020)
  • Hong Kong residents
Taiwan
  • Passport holders of People's Republic of China are not permitted to enter Taiwan.
  • All passengers who have travelled in China/Hong Kong/Macao within 14 days from the arrival date will be denied entry.
  • Passengers departing from South Korea will be required to fulfill a 14-day quarantine period (As of 25th Feb, 2020)
    * Applicable for all passengers 27th Feb, 2020.
  • Passenger's spouse is a Taiwanese citizen
  • Resident card holders and Expatriate employees (Excluding holders of passports issued in Hubei province)
  • Hong Kong/Macao citizens
Mongolia
  • Passport holders of People's Republic of China, HongKong, Macao and Taiwan are not permitted to enter Mongolia.
  • All passengers who visited China, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan after 1st Jan, 2020 are not permitted to enter Mongolia.
  • Mongolian citizens / Passenger's spouse is a Mongolian citizen
Indonesia
  • All passengers who visited China within 14 days from the arrival date are not permitted to enter or transit through Indonesia.
Kazakhstan
  • All passengers who visited Hubei province within 14 days from the arrival date or hold passports issued in Hubei province are not permitted to enter Kazakhstan.
    ※ Passengers who visited other provicnes in China within 14 days from the arrival date will be isolated for 14 days (As of 20th Feb, 2020)
Koror
  • All passengers who visited China, Hong Kong, and Macao within the past 14 days from the arrival date are not permitted to enter the Koror.
China
  • Increased quarantine measures enforced on all passengers entering China.
    ※ Procedures are subject to change and may vary depending on each airport in China 
    ※ Discontinuation of Unaccompanied Minor (UM) and teenage/medical bed services
  • Fever check enforced on all passengers going to China.
    ※ 37.3°C and above denied boarding

  • It may take more time than usual to confirm whether passengers have travel history in China.
  • Please arrive early to make sure you have enough time to finish the check-in and boarding process.
