Earn the Mileage via Offline
Submit a boarding pass dated within one year from the boarding date (original), or a flight ticket/e-ticket itinerary (original or copy) to Asiana Airlines regional offices; or request at an Asiana Airlines Club Service Center. ※ Incheon Airport, Gimpo Airport Service : not available from 2018.10.01 / Gimhae Airport Service : not available from 2019. 12. 01
You can request for the missing mileage by attaching documents of your boarding records (scanned boarding pass and e-ticket).

Notes
Mileage cannot be earned before joining the membership.
Mileage may not be earned if the ticket number, boarding date, and flight number do not match the boarding record.
For Singapore Airlines (SQ) and Etihad Airlines (EY), missing mileage can be requested only within six months from the boarding date.
For Air China (CA) and Thai Airlines (TG), mileage may not be earned if the boarding pass is not attached.
For Japanese domestic routes on ANA Airlines (NH), seat number and boarding number are required.
For Star Alliance and partner airlines, request for missing mileage at least two weeks before the expiration date, considering time differences and processing time.
