A passenger with an infant may sit next to your purchased seat.
Child discounts cannot be applied to the amount spent. (Infants not occupying a seat are not eligible for purchase.)
Purchase of paid seats may be restricted if there is a discrepancy in payment currency due to itinerary changes, reissue of airline tickets, or changes in the country where it is processed.
If you purchased your flight ticket with another airline, the purchase can be made at the airport within 48 hours of departure.
Refunds can be made up to 48 hours before flight departure, and within 48 hours of departure, no changes or refunds can be made. However, a refund can be issued if the seat is unavailable due to airline circumstances.
Even if it is more than 48 hours before departure, Paid Seats will not be automatically refunded in the event of a ticket cancellation or itinerary change. Refunds for Paid Seats must be requested separately from the flight ticket at least 48 hours before departure. To request a refund, please contact the original point of purchase.
For flights to and from the U.S., refunds are available without exception in the event of a major change, such as a cancellation or a delay of 6 hours or more. (In compliance with U.S. DOT consumer policy)
Seats purchased 48 hours before departure from a reservation center, local branch, airport, website, mobile app, or travel agency are refundable at the place of purchase.
