Pregnant Passengers

Notes
  • If you have pregnancy related complications or are at risk of a miscarriage or premature delivery, you must receive approval for air travel from Asiana Airlines in advance for your safety and for safe fleet operations regardless of your pregnancy term.
  • Experts recommend avoiding air travel before the first 3 months of pregnancy and after 36 weeks.
  • When traveling to Saipan, women who are at least 6 months pregnant must prepare a doctor's note (English) that clearly states their pregnancy term and ability to travel by air. The Saipan Immigration Office recommends that women who are 8+ months pregnant avoid air travel.
