Asiana Corporate Plus is the Asiana Airlines special corporate priority program for business customers. Please note that individual special prices, benefits and conditions may differ, so please keep this in mind when making reservations. (However, corporate priority benefits only apply when issuing corporate priority tickets)

1) Please send the Application to Withdraw or the copy of the ID card of the passenger who intends to withdraw to the address or the fax number specified in the form for withdrawal. 2) If a family representative withdraws from the Family Mileage Plan, all family members are automatically withdrawn from the Family Mileage Plan.
Please apply for the Family Mileage Plan by attaching a document proving family relations that has been issued within the last six months at the website, or send the document to the address or the fax number specified on the form to use the miles of family members without a separate consent form.
Please fill in the Agreement for Musical Instrument Transportation and submit the Agreement to the check-in counter of the airport on the date of departure.
Fill in the application for the unaccompanied children service and submit the application to the check-in counter at the airport on the date of departure.

1) Application Form for Special Care Services (PART1): Form must be filled out by the passenger or the passenger’s legal representative.
2) Physician Referral for Air Travel (PART2) : Form must be filled out by the passenger’s primary physician.
3) Please submit the completed forms prior to booking your flights and contact Asiana Reservation Center.

1) Passengers departing from/arriving in the U.S. must use the Departure/arrival form for the U.S.
2) ASIANA AIRLINES U.S. MEDICAL CERTIFICATE (PART1): Passenger's name, itinerary, Medical Certificate (U.S.), and Medical Assistance Checklist must be filled out by the passenger's primary physician.
3) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION (PART 2): Form must be filled out by the passenger's primary physician.
