We have recently noticed fraudulent activity of personnel/agencies impersonating Asiana Airlines by collecting fees while stating they will re-issue or refund the passenger's ticket. Please purchase any tickets through our mobile app or website and note that any inquiries should be directed to the reservation center or through the website as shown below.

* Avoid opening attachments in emails and websites of unknown sources
