Terms and Conditions

• Coupons can be redeemed only when making an online ticket purchase and downloading the coupon.
• Coupons are available for one-time use, and not reusable if any change (e.g. refund, routing change, date change, upgrade awards, etc.) occurs after ticket purchase.
• Discount is applied only to the air fare, excluding taxes, fuel surcharges and other fees.
• Coupons cannot be applied along with other ongoing special fares, nor applied to flights operated by codeshare or any other airlines. To receive the discounted fare, please make sure you see the discount mark (%) on the top corner of your fare.
• Coupons are a limited-time offer, and cannot be applied to customers who have already purchased tickets. Refund fee may be charged if refund and repurchase is needed.
• Be sure to check the effective date and conditions prior to booking with coupons.
• Desired travel dates may not be available as the offer is eligible for limited classes and seats.
• This event is subject to change without prior notice.
• Information on In-Flight Duty-Free Voucher:
  • 1) The voucher is only valid for Asiana Airlines’ in-flight duty-free shopping, and cannot be used for pre-boarding advance purchase. The voucher must be submitted upon purchase, and expires on December 31, 2019.
  • 2) $10 will be discounted for any purchase of $50 or more.
  • 3) Winners will receive the voucher to the mailing address in Asiana Club information via USPS, so please keep your Asiana Club information up to date. Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers will not be replaced for any reasons.
  • 4) The voucher is not cash-transferable nor refundable.
  • 5) The voucher must be redeemed aboard Asiana Airlines-operating flights, and cannot be used for online duty-free shopping.
