Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Asiana Airlines’ ‘Asiana Airlines U.S. Routes 30 Years Anniversary’ Event begins at 00:00 AM (PDT) on Monday, October 25th, 2021, and ends at 11:59 PM (PST) on Saturday, November 27th, 2021. The event is sponsored by Asiana Airlines, Inc., Regional Headquarter, The Americas, 3530 Wilshire Blvd. STE 1700, Los Angeles, CA, 90010, who is solely responsible for all aspects of this contest.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Event is open only to legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) U.S. States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands and other U.S. territories), and Canada (excluding Quebec) and who are eighteen (18) years of age or above at the time of entry (hereinafter referred to as a “Participant” or collectively as “Participants”). Employees of Asiana Airlines, its respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and its participating Travel Agencies, and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses regardless of their residence) and individuals living in the households of the above, whether related or not, are not eligible. The Event is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Event is void where prohibited by law.

2. HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary. To enter Asiana Airlines’ ‘Asiana Airlines U.S. Routes 30 Years Celebration’ (“Event”) - ‘Tell Us Your Story’ (“Event 1) and ‘Quiz Event’ (Event 3) - sponsored by Asiana Airlines (“Sponsor”), visit http://www.flyasiana.com (“Website”) and follow the Event link.

Event 1: Submit your story entry and complete all required fields (FULL NAME (First, Last and, if any, Middle), CURRENT PHONE NUMBER and CURRENT EMAIL ADDRESS) on the official entry form. Enter the preferred nickname (ID) for the story entry on the official entry form. Asiana Club ID will show if participated after logging in. If you do not wish to participate with your Club ID, please make sure you have logged out before submitting your story. The story entry will be publicly posted under Asiana Club ID or the entered nickname (ID). Each story entry must consist of a minimum of 10 characters. The length of the story entry will not increase/affect your chances of winning. The story entry must be related to Event 1. Story entries unrelated to Event 1 may possibly result in denied entry. There is a limited amount of space in the comment box and must not be over the word limit. The Event begins at 00:00 AM (PDT) on Monday, October 25th, 2021, and ends at 11:59 PM (PST) on Saturday, November 27th, 2021 (“Promotion Period”).

Event 3: Answer the quiz question and complete all required fields (FULL NAME (First, Last and, if any, Middle) and CURRENT EMAIL ADDRESS) on the official entry form. The Event begins at 00:00 AM (PDT) on Monday, October 25th, 2021, and ends at 11:59 PM (PST) on Saturday, November 27th, 2021 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries limited to one (1) entry per participant per event during the Promotion Period. Participants are not allowed to use the same e-mail address for multiple entries per event. Any attempt by a participant to acquire more than the stated number of entries by using numerous email addresses, registrations, identities, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. The use of automated software or computer programs to register or enter the Event is prohibited, and any individual who uses or attempts to use such methods to register or to enter will be disqualified. Incomplete and/or multiple entries will be disqualified. Valid entries must contain all information requested. The Event winner(s) will be selected from online entries only. The Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries. By entering, participants acknowledge compliance with the Official Rules, including eligibility requirements. Responsibility for receipt of entry rests solely with the participant.

3. PRIZE DRAWING AND WINNER RESPONSE: A maximum of 6 potential winners among entries will be selected by the Sponsor on or about December 30th, 2021 from Event 1. A maximum of 300 potential winners among entries with correct quiz answer will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about December 6th, 2021 from Event 3. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Winners agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor is final on all matters relating to this Event. Once notified, winners must reply within a week of the notification (deadline will be announced at the time of winner announcement) or the prizes will be forfeited. Confirmed prizes will be shipped out at the beginning of the following week after all possible responses have been received. Asiana Airlines are not responsible for any damages or other issues of co-sponsored products.

4. PRIZES: The available prizes are:

Event 1:

• ONE (1) PRIZE: ONE ROUND-TRIP BUSINESS CLASS TICKET FROM THE U.S. TO KOREA: One (1) round-trip Business Class ticket from Los Angeles (LAX), New York (JFK), San Francisco (SFO) or Seattle (SEA) International Airport to Incheon International Airport (ICN) near Seoul, Republic of Korea. All taxes and fuel surcharges of the ticket are the sole responsibility of the winner. Travel is subject to seat availability, travel restrictions and blackout dates. Airline ticket is non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for frequent flyer miles (no miles will accrue). Other rules mentioned on the certificate may apply. If a winner is unavailable for travel by the designated date, the winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner in its sole discretion if time permits. One certificate for one airfare ticket will be issued to the grand prize winner. The certificate must be redeemed at Sponsor’s U.S. office as specified in these official rules. Winner must submit original certificate to Sponsor upon ticketing. Lost or damaged certificates will not be replaced. (Approximate Retail Value: USD 6,000)

Event 2:

ONE (1) PRIZE: ONE ROUND-TRIP ECONOMY CLASS TICKET FROM THE U.S. TO KOREA: One (1) round-trip Economy Class ticket from Los Angeles (LAX), New York (JFK), San Francisco (SFO) or Seattle (SEA) International Airport to Incheon International Airport (ICN) near Seoul, Republic of Korea. All taxes and fuel surcharges of the tickets are the sole responsibility of the winner. Travel is subject to seat availability, travel restrictions and blackout dates. Airline ticket is non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles (no miles will accrue). Other rules mentioned on the certificate may apply. If a winner is unavailable for travel by the designated date, the winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor reserves the right to select another winner in its sole discretion if time permits. One certificate for one airfare ticket will be issued to the prize winner. The certificate must be redeemed at Sponsor’s U.S. office as specified in these official rules. Winner must submit original certificate to Sponsor upon ticketing. Lost or damaged certificates will not be replaced. (Approximate Retail Value: USD 2,000)

5. PUBLICITY: By entering the Event, entrants agree to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their name, city, and state of residence and photograph/likeness for advertising, promotional and other purposes, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Upon request, winner must consent to such in writing. The potential winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility (which affirms that he/she has complied with these rules) as well as a liability release, and where legal, a publicity release, each of which, if issued, must be completed, signed and returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of issuance, or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Event, entrants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless, Asiana Airlines, Inc., its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies, Asiana IDT and all of its affiliates, and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees (collectively, "Releasees") from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the Event or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or non-use of the prize that may be awarded. Entrants agree that the laws of the state of California will govern any and all disputes. Releasees are not responsible for technical, computer, mechanical, printing, typographical, human or other errors, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in the administration of the Event, the announcement of the prize, the processing of entries or in any Event-related materials; or for transactions that are lost, stolen, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or postage due mail. Releasees are not responsible for errors in the processing system for entries that are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly, or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, human or other errors; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunctions or errors, or processes for any transactions thereon. If in the Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Event, or if computer viruses, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Event, the judges reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and or void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Event, or to terminate the Event and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible non-suspect entries. As a condition of entering the Event, participant agrees that: a.) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; b.) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Event, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and c.) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorney’s fees. Sponsor reserves the right to modify prize award procedures.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify, in whole or in part, the Event if fraud, technical failures or any other factors beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Program. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award Prizes which have been earned through the termination of the Event. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Event or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Event is a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
