  • Service Period: December 1, 2018 – February 28, 2019 (based on the drop-off date)
  • Business Hours: Open 24 hours
Eligible Passengers:

Asiana Club and Star Alliance members who are taking international return flights from Incheon Airport.

  • Non-members need to register with Asiana Airlines. (However, First Class and Business Class Asiana guests with return tickets may still use this service without membership.)
  • There is limited availability for passengers traveling on codeshare flights.
Service Details
  • This service allows you to store your winter coat at the airport for free.
  • We can keep your coat for up to five days for free (including the drop-off date). One coat can be stored per passenger.
  • If the five-day period is exceeded, you will need to pay additional costs (of 2,000 won per additional day) set by the dry cleaners.

Coat drop-off and collection points

You will need to bring your boarding pass and membership number and go to the dry cleaner’s at Incheon Airport in the basement Cleanup Air (032 743 1523).

How to request this service

Procedure of coat check service for online check-in (save 20 min of your time)

    Pre online check-in Go to coat check service place after arriving at Incheon Airport (B1, Cleanup Air)

  2. 02

    Complete a request form and store your coat

  3. 03

    Use the self bag-drop service (3F, Counter G)

  4. 04

    Go to the departure gate at 3F and board the airplane

    Self check-in at KIOSK near Asiana Airlines counter in Incheon Airport

  2. 02

    Drop the baggage at the counter and go to coat check service place (B1, Cleanup Air)

  3. 03

    Complete a request form and store your coat

  4. 04

    Go to the departure gate at 3F and board the airplane

    After the plane lands, go through customs and baggage reclaim

  2. 02

    Go to the coat collection point

    (Cleanup Air, 1st basement floor)

    Present your drop-off receipt

Notes
  • After checking in, going to Cleanup Air on the 1st basement floor may take around 20 minutes. Customers wishing to use this service should give themselves some extra time to drop off their coats when arriving at the airport.
  • The company will not be liable for any damages done to items of clothing that are not disclosed prior to dropping off the coats.
  • Any expensive items of clothing that require special treatment or separate storage may not be accepted.
  • Please remove any valuables from your clothes before dropping them off.
  • If you do not collect your coat within 30 days of dropping it off, the company may dispose of it at their own discretion.
  • Note that the coat check service is run by Cleanup Air, so any responsibility lies with them.
