For codeshare flights, follow the rules of the operating airline, not the ticketing airline, when entering the lounge. However, if an Asiana Club Member who is Diamond class or above flies Asiana Airlines and its codeshare partners Air Busan or Air Seoul, we provide Asiana Business Lounge services to passengers departing from Korea. The passenger may be accompanied by one person boarding the same flight.
When boarding a codeshare flight, you will be eligible for lounge access based on your boarding class and your Asiana Elite Membership level (Star Gold or higher) only if your boarding airline is Asiana Airlines.
Children under the age of two are allowed as free guests for all eligible customers.
Passengers using the Lounge Affiliate Card must confirm information on admission conditions and costs of lounge services with the card issuer in advance. All affiliate cards are non-transferable and must be issued by a credit card company or be a mobile card. It must be presented with a boarding pass on the day of departure (passengers may not enter with a captured image or by simply presenting the card number). Service fees charged to customers by credit card companies are not refundable from Asiana Airlines.
Passengers with valid boarding pass may have access to the lounges in the depature terminals only on the departure date.
Outside food and smoking are prohibited inside the lounges and any pets passengers are taking on board must stay inside pet cages.
All qualifications for entering lounges cannot be duplicated and lounge passes are non-transferable.
Guests accompanying passengers to the lounge must enter or re-enter together with the invitee. They must be accompanied by the same invitee when re-entering.
Please be advised that admissions may be temporarily restricted if the lounge is full.
