Multi-city reservation information

• Multi-city itineraries can be booked with at least two segments and up to six segments. You can transfer or stopover at domestic and international airports.
• Busan (Gimhae)/Daegu ↔ Incheon Transit Exclusive Domestic Flights are for transit only and a stopover at Incheon International Airport is not possible.
• Fare rules for each segment may vary, and fares may differ depending on whether the fare is one-way or round-trip, even for the same itinerary.
• Reservations may be limited depending on the itinerary type, seat availability, fare conditions, and partner airline circumstances.
• Due to the nature of the online booking system, viewing and payment for some multi-city itineraries may be restricted. In this case, please contact our customer service center.
• When including segments on other airlines, the baggage rules and service policies (earning mileage, advance seat assignments, in-flight services, etc.) of the applicable airlines apply.
• For other airlines and codeshare flights, the schedule may be changed or canceled without prior notice. Please make sure to confirm with the airline you’re flying with or the Asiana Airlines reservation center at least three days before departure.
• If you are traveling on another airline (including codeshare flights), please check in advance, as the airline’s regulations may restrict solo travel for passengers under the age of 15.
• Please check fare rules, immigration requirements, and visa requirements before purchasing your ticket.
• Even in countries where visa-free entry is possible, entry on a one-way flight ticket may be restricted, so please check with the embassy.

The following is information for passengers traveling on one-way flights.

If you do not have a round-trip ticket, note that you may be denied boarding
in accordance with departure and arrival regulations, possession of a visa, etc.

Notes for passengers traveling to or from the US.

• If you travel to the US (including Saipan) or depart from the US, you must submit passenger information 72 hours before the time of departure for an initial passenger information investigation by the TSA. If you fail to submit the information or submit false information, your boarding may be rejected or restricted.

• For U.S. (including Saipan and Guam) reservation, please confirm the passenger information below before proceeding.
  1. Passenger’s Name in English, Date of Birth, Gender
  2. Nationality, Passport Number, Passport Expiration Date
• Please be advised that this information will only be used by the U.S. Transportation Security Administration for Secure Flight Passenger Data (SFPD) and boarding procedures. It will not be stored separately or used for other purposes.
  
  ※ According to the regulation of U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), the reservation and transportation between Korea-Guam, Saipan and Honolulu are not allowed for customers traveling with non-US carriers where the origination or destination is the US.

Notes for passengers traveling to the Philippines.

About entering the Philippines

• Unaccompanied minors cannot book online separately.
  • Unaccompanied minors under the age of 15 years are cannot book online separately.
    *Those considered as adults when accompanying minors under the age of 15.
  • Manila, Cebu: Over the age of 18
  • Clark Field: Over the age of 20
• When the accompanying adult is not the parent
  • In accordance with the Philippines Immigration Policy, the accompanying adult who is not the parent of a minor or a child under the age of 15 must submit several documents and the processing fee of $75 (subject to change) to the Immigration office upon arrival.
  • Contact the reservation center at 1588-8000 for details to prevent from denied boarding/entry due to insufficient documents.
• If the accompanying adult is not the parent (when the surname of the parent and child does not match)
  • If the surname of the parent and child does not match, the entrance may be denied without appropriate family document. Please have the English copy of resident registration in hand.

When departing from the Philippines:

• When purchasing a ticket departing Philippines, PH tax payers must pay the tax separately at the local airport travel tax office in accordance with the Philippines government regulations. Visit www.tieza.com.ph for further details on Philippines government regulations.
• Tax Payers: Philippine citizens, permanent residents, non-Philippine citizens who have resided more than 1 year, etc.

Information for customers traveling to Australia

This is an announcement for customers using our
domestic flights.

When buying domestic flight tickets online, the ticket must be purchased at the time of reservation.
Reservations will not be finalized if the purchase is not completed.
Please be advised that your flight reservations are subject to change without notice, due to regular schedule changes and regular maintenance work.

※ For domestic flights, passengers without a photo ID will not be able to check-in at the airport or enter the security inspection area.

※ If pets are brought to the airport without a reservation or confirmation, you will not be able to bring them on board or transport them as checked baggage.
