Check-in is a required step for anyone boarding an aircraft.

Check-in with the seat of your choice and receive your boarding pass in advance! You can reduce your waiting time at the airport.

Notes
  • If passport information is inaccurate or invalid, you may be unable to check-in or receive a boarding pass depending on the review results.
  • You may not receive a boarding pass at some foreign airports that do not accept mobile boarding passes.
  • Restricted passengers
    • For domestic flights, passengers 13 to under 19 years old who are not accompanied by adults cannot use self-check-in service.
    • Check-in: Check-in is restricted for domestic flights departing from Busan and selected irregular flights.
    • Seat assignment: Seat assignment before 48 hours is restricted for group bookings of 10 or more people and passengers traveling with infants less than 24 months in age (but check-in is available).
  • Check-in and seat assignment are restricted when flying on a codeshare flight operated by another airline’s fleet. (Contact the operating airline)
  • You can check and change your information even if you have already been assigned seats and checked in.
